The performer passed away at the age of 70. The cause of death was not disclosed. The location of the farewell ceremony for the artist will be announced in due course. The Burin City Council announced this on Facebook.
Today our fellow countryman, the unsurpassed singer of the Melody of Two Hearts, Vitaly Vasilyevich Belonozhko, has passed away. The entire Burin community deeply mourns the death of the People’s Artist of Ukraine, Ukrainian singer, founder and organizer of the international festival of family creativity “Melody of Two Hearts,” the message says.
Vitaly Belonozhko was born on June 11, 1953 in the village of Sloboda, Burinsky district, Sumy region. He made his debut on the radio with the songs of Maxim Dunaevsky, in particular Everything will pass and City Flowers.
Let us remind you that on January 8, the legendary German football player Franz Beckenbauer died. He passed away at the age of 78. He became a symbol of Bayern Munich, playing more than 400 matches for them. Beckenbauer himself won the Ballon d’Or twice – in 1972 and 1976.
