About 400 passengers of the Russian company Aeroflot were stranded in Thailand due to a malfunction on board.
In Russia, a series of technical problems continues for the largest air carrier Aeroflot. On Monday, November 8, 400 passengers on the Phuket-Moscow flight could not fly from Thailand due to the breakdown of the plane, wrote the Mash Telegram channel.
In turn, Aeroflot said the flight was delayed for more than a day due to a malfunction on board the Boeing 777-300ER. The airline promises to bring the necessary spare parts to Phuket soon.
The previous breakdown of an Aeroflot plane occurred on December 28 in Dubai – the company spent 14 hours changing the tire. Since the beginning of December 2023, six more incidents have occurred on aircraft of Russia’s largest air carrier.
In the past, the Main Intelligence Directorate obtained secret documents indicating the collapse of Russian aviation due to sanctions. Judging by the data from the documents, in 2023, the number of accidents and cases of technical errors increased significantly in Rosavitsa. Russia is experiencing serious difficulties in servicing aircraft with long flight times and a severe shortage of spare parts, which is why more than 35% of the aircraft were used for donation. The most problematic areas of Russian aviation remain engines and landing gear.
In the Russian Federation, five planes were destroyed while flying in two days
