In the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district of the Odessa region on Monday, January 8, a gust of wind knocked over a wind generator, Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy reported.
They also published a video showing the consequences of bad weather.
It was noted that due to strong winds, frost and rain with snow, significant icing of networks is observed in Ukraine. Temperatures range from -5 to -20°C, in the south it is slightly warmer from +4 to -1°C.
It is reported that the work to eliminate the consequences of the bad weather continues in all the affected regions.
The Ministry of Energy noted that all services are operating in enhanced mode. Energy workers are gradually restoring light to the homes of Ukrainians.
It was earlier reported that more than 200 barangays were cut off from electricity due to bad weather in the Odessa region.
And in the Rivne region, two people died from hypothermia. A network with four hundred points of indestructibility is deployed in the region where you can warm up.
