A Russian rocket attack on the Khmelnitsky region on January 8 resulted in the death of two people.

The enemy attacked the region’s infrastructure facilities. A fire broke out, which was localized by the State Emergency Service. The victims of the attack were men born in 1947 and 1964. This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine and the deputy head of the Khmelnitsky Police Department, Sergei Tyurin.
An apartment building was damaged and windows were broken in some rooms. The consequences of the strike are being eliminated.
The deputy head of the regional state administration added that in the morning during an air raid within the Khmelnitsky region, air defense shot down two enemy missiles.
Let us recall that the Russian missile attack on January 8 led to the death of four people and the injury of 38 people in the Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Khmelnytsky regions. Residential buildings, infrastructure, and vehicles were damaged.
