The publishing house Meridian Chernowitz released the Zhadan collection. All poetry. This is a complete collection of poems by the Ukrainian poet Sergei Zhadan.

Collection Zhadan. All Poems includes poems written by the poet between 1993 and 2023. It contains 1440 pages, 16 poetry collections and more than 700 poems under one cover.

“As a poet, Sergei Zhadan is almost the same age as the Ukrainian Independence. Since the existence of modern Ukraine, he has been writing poetry, without long vacations and unique crises, on average two per month. Because of this, All poems – this is one of the most thorough histories of Ukraine in the last thirty years: with all our unexpected rise and no reason, hesitations between the left and right extremes, the killing of syllable-tonics and its revival, repetition of what has been passed and search for new paths… As it should be, in the beginning there was the rebellion of youth. As expected, now there is mature responsibility. Soon word, Ukraine is growing – and Zhadan is growing. Or vice versa. In any case, the process continues, so there is hope that after a while All poems will not be all.” – noted writer and literary critic Alexander Boychenko.

We remind you that earlier Zhadan, who visited Northern Saltovka in Kharkov, showed the house where he used to live, which was destroyed by the Russian invaders.
