Poland has signed an agreement to unblock the border

Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Czeslaw Sekierski promised to satisfy all the needs of farmers, Polish media reported.

The Polish government has signed an agreement with farmers to end the blockade of the border crossing with Ukraine at the Medika-Szczegin checkpoint. This was reported today, January 6, by the Polish media.

It is reported that the Polish farmers have stopped the strike and will remove the blockade of the checkpoint at 20.00 local time. According to the agreement, the blockade of the Meditse checkpoint should be suspended, but until when is not specified.
