Dozens of highly professional employees of the Government Contact Center will advise military personnel and members of their families on complex and painful issues and register their requests around the clock, the message says.
It is noted that among the specialists who will answer calls to the hotline, there will be, in particular, psychologists who will be able to provide the necessary assistance.
Using the new number, the hotline is available to users of all national operators, except Kyivstar, due to technical settings that will be corrected in the near future – indicated in the message.
The Ministry of Defense hotline number 0-800-500-442, available to users of all mobile operators, also continues to operate.
