The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 18 attacks by the invaders – General Staff

The Russian invaders made 18 unsuccessful attempts to attack the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the left bank of the Dnieper. During the day, 56 clashes took place. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

More than 25 settlements came under artillery and mortar shelling, among them Leonovka, Chernihiv region; Znob-Trubchevskaya, Seredina-Buda, Bachevsk, Sumy region; Cossack Lopan, Volchansk, Budarki, Kharkov region.

The defenders of Ukraine repelled seven attacks of invaders near Sinkovka and east of Petropavlovka, Kharkov region, where the enemy, with aviation support, unsuccessfully tried to break the defenses of our troop. The enemy also carried out air strikes near Kucherivka, Cherneshchyna, Kharkov region. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, in particular Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanovka, Berestovo in the Kharkov region.

The enemy did not take offensive actions (attack). Air strikes were carried out in the areas of Serebryansky forestry in the Lugansk region and Ternov, Spornoye in the Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements were damaged by enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Nevskoye, Belogorovka in the Lugansk region and Serebryanka, Spornoe, Razdolevka in the Donetsk region.

Defense forces repelled 10 enemy attacks near Bogdanovka, Kleshchievka, Andreevka, Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Grigorovka, Bogdanovka, Ivanovskoye, Kleshchievka, Andreevka in the Donetsk region.

Our defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the Novobakhmutovka, Stepnoy, Avdeevka areas and another 14 attacks near Pervomaisky and Nevelsky, Donetsk region. Here the enemy, with aviation support, unsuccessfully tried to improve the tactical situation. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar shelling, including Berdichi, Stepnoe, Avdeevka, Pivnichnoe, Pervomaiskoe in the Donetsk region.

More than 25 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, including Poltavka, Krasnoe, Volshebnoye, Malaya Tokmachka, Rabotino, Pyatikhatki in the Zaporozhye region. In the area of ​​responsibility of OSGV Odessa in the direction of Kherson, Novokairi, Veletenskoe and Kherson of the Kherson region came under enemy artillery.

The enemy does not abandon his intention to dislodge our units from the bridges on the left bank of the Dnieper. During the day, the enemy carried out 18 unsuccessful attack operations, but the Ukrainian soldiers still held their positions and inflicted heavy losses on the enemy.

During the day, Defense Forces aircraft carried out strikes in 13 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated. Also, an X-59 guided aircraft missile was destroyed by the air defense. The rocket force units hit an area where personnel, weapons and military equipment, six artillery systems, three air defense systems and an enemy command post were concentrated.

We remind you that the Russian media confirmed the execution of five more high-ranking officers of the Russian army in Ukraine. In total, it was possible to confirm the death of at least 1,175 Russians in two weeks.
