A woman injured as a result of a Russian missile attack on December 29 in the city of Smela in the Cherkasy region died in hospital. This was announced by the head of Cherkasy OVA Igor Taburets on Telegram on Sunday, December 31.
“Tragic news. A Russian missile took the life of a 61-year-old resident of Smela. Since Friday, when the enemy hit the city, doctors are fighting for his life,” he wrote.
We remind you that on December 29, the Russian military launched a missile attack on the residential sector in Smela, Cherkasy region. Nine deaths and 51 damaged houses were reported.
