Deputy Head of the Department of Preventive Activities of the National Police Anatoly Seredinsky stated this on air at the national telethon, the RBC-Ukraine agency reports.
According to him, the detainees will be taken to police stations.
To establish what happened in the life of every citizen who deliberately left in violation of the curfew. Our acquisition centers are also very interested in these people, he emphasized.
He noted that the curfew in Ukraine will not be lifted, and the police will strengthen security measures throughout the country. In particular, the events will relate to the mass presence of citizens in public places.
He added that order for the New Year will be ensured by about 30 thousand police officers.
