The Czech Republic will provide a new package of military assistance to Ukraine

Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, Prague has already supplied Kyiv with weapons worth more than 140 million euros.

The Czech government has approved the allocation of another batch of military aid to Ukraine in the amount of more than 8 million crowns (about 320 thousand euros). This was reported by the CTK news agency the other day.

It is indicated that Prague will transfer ammunition and chemical protection equipment to Kyiv. In the future, the Czech authorities intend to continue providing military assistance to Ukraine.

The other day, Prime Minister Petr Fiala recalled that the Czech Republic was one of the first to provide military assistance to Ukraine. Heavy military equipment has already been delivered. Prague sent military materials to Kyiv in excess of 3.5 billion crowns (140 million euros).

By the end of May, it was reported that the Czech Republic intended to send additional weapons to Ukraine in the amount of 600-700 million crowns (about 24-28 million euros) in the near future.
