In Dnieper, as a result of the hits, in addition to the shopping center, the building of a medical institution, namely a maternity hospital, was significantly damaged. All patients and medical staff managed to take shelter.

The mayor of the city, Boris Filatov, reacted emotionally to yet another crime by the racists.
He wrote on Facebook that he was informed about the hit by phone:
They hit the maternity hospital with a rocket.
Subsequently, it became known that the rocket went tangentially, and State Emergency Service workers quickly removed four women in labor. Against the backdrop of a massive Russian missile strike, Filatov called for an end to hostility in Ukrainian society.
You can like Zelensky or not. Or you can treat him indifferently. You can celebrate Christmas on December 25th or January 7th. Or don’t celebrate it at all. You can put up Christmas trees or run around with idiotic “Drones instead of Christmas trees” signs. Or you can get drunk on New Year’s Eve and go to bed. Do what you want. Just stop eating each other. Because they are firing rockets at maternity hospitals,” the mayor of Dnieper wrote.
Filatov called on “to love each other” because Ukrainians have someone to hate.
