The Commander-in-Chief wrote and defended a law dissertation on a subject that was classified, but it was known that it involved discipline, in particular military and service disciplines.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny defended his dissertation in December and received the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy. This is confirmed by data on the website of the information system of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
It is noted that Zaluzhny wrote the work on a special topic, which constitutes a state secret in the field of defense, state security and law and order.
The work was written at the National University of Odessa Law Academy under the Law educational program.
After defending his dissertation, Zaluzhny received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
Although the subject and work of the commander-in-chief were classified, its key words were published. The dissertation is related to discipline, in particular military and service discipline, as well as disciplinary violations, punishments, moral and psychological support, combat safety, military justice and the Disciplinary Charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the year, Zaluzhny made six publications on the topic of his dissertation in Ukrainian publications.
