Police found in the home of a Charles University student who killed a dozen people in central Prague last week a letter confessing to a double murder committed days earlier. This was reported on Wednesday, December 27, by Radio Prague International in connection with Deník N.

According to media reports, on December 15, a 32-year-old man and his two-month-old daughter were the victims of a shooting in Klanowice. Last week, police said they linked the killing to the man who carried out the shooting at Charles University’s philosophy department.
Prague Police Director Petr Matejček said at a press conference that there is reason to believe that the shooting of the teachers and the murders in Klanowice were committed by the same perpetrator.
In turn, the head of Prague criminologists, Alesh Strakh, said that the perpetrator of the terrorist attack in Prague was among the suspects in the murder in Klanowice. He said that a few days were not enough to prevent a tragedy at the university.

The shooter was a university student, his body was found near the educational institution.
