These notices contain calls to help the aggressor country of the Russian Federation expel the “American Satanists” from the “original Russian land.” The messages were created in the style of the FSB about the need to work together to “revive Kievan Rus in spite of the enemies.” The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reported this on December 27.
It also contains phrases like “take care of yourself and your loved ones,” and at the end of such messages the phrase is written: “From Russia with love.” Thus, the messages contain both Kremlin propaganda and threat in one sentence.
The GUR noted that the new information attack of the Russian special services against Ukrainians abroad is aimed at intimidating, demoralizing and disorganizing citizens.
Let us remind you that the Center for Countering Disinformation reported that the Russians have intensified the creation of fake Telegram channels of Ukrainian brigades and battalions. The enemy thus wants to spread his fakes and narratives, the purpose of which is to discredit both the command of brigades or battalions, and the military themselves. They also want to collect information through receiving feedback.
