For the second day on social networks, Kiev residents have been reporting about temporary roadblocks around the city, where citizens are allegedly being issued summonses. Residents write on social networks that summonses were issued at checkpoints near the Spartak stadium and in the Vinogradar residential area.

Territorial recruitment and social support centers, according to their functional powers, do not perform security functions. But, in accordance with the current legislation and the legal regime of Martial Law, representatives of TKTs and joint ventures have the right to carry out their direct activities in the territory of the city of Kyiv in a manner permitted by law, explains the press service of the KMVA.
They note that they are not aware of the disclosure of subpoenas at temporary checkpoints.
For detailed information about the locations and number of subpoenas served, please contact the regional Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support, notes the KMVA.
As for the checkpoints, as the KMVA assured, they appeared in the city temporarily due to the fact that exercises are being held in different areas of Kyiv from December 25 to 28.
The Center for Countering Disinformation confirmed on December 26 that the information about summonses at new checkpoints in Kyiv is fake. The appearance of roadblocks on the streets of the capital is also explained by the holding of exercises in Kyiv.
