China has launched three scientific satellites into its planned orbit in space. Xinhua agency reported this today, December 26.
The Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center reportedly launched the Long March-11 rocket from the waters off the coast of Yangjiang, Guangdong Province in southern China. The launch took place at 06:39 Beijing time.
This is the 503rd mission of the Long March series of launch vehicles. The Shiyan-24C satellites will be used primarily for space science and technology experiments.
It was previously reported that SpaceX had launched German reconnaissance satellites. The SArah-2 and 3 space radars can provide high-resolution images regardless of the time of day or cloud cover.
