“If Ukraine collapses, we will collide closer to Russia – literally on the borders of the European Union, very close to the Czech Republic, and we must not allow this,” the foreign minister emphasized.
The minister added that Europeans should continue to explain why it is important to be on Ukraine’s side.
“I always tell everyone in Europe that our main task is to keep Russia away from our borders. This should be the goal of our policy. The debate is not easy, but we see that European countries can have of an agreement as a result,” he added. commenting on the EU’s decision to start opening negotiations with Ukraine.
Earlier, the Czech President said that Russia may go further and try to take over part of Europe.
Let’s remember that Putin earlier said that Western countries allegedly “enslaved” Ukraine and were preparing it for a major war. According to the Kremlin, Western countries have launched a “quasi-war” against Russia.
