The event took place yesterday, December 24, in the Pechersky district of the capital; a message about the shooting was received on line 112, the press service of the Kyiv Patrol Police reports.
The applicant reported that he noticed a Porsche car on Shelkovichnaya Street and heard several shots, after which the vehicle left the scene in an unknown direction, the report says.
During the search for possible violators, the police discovered and stopped the car pointed out by the applicant on Lesi Ukrainki Boulevard.
There was a 40-year-old driver and a 25-year-old passenger in the car. The latter showed signs of alcohol intoxication and behaved aggressively, the police noted.
It is noted that during a superficial check, patrol officers discovered possible cartridges and a spent cartridge case.
Consequently, law enforcement officers detained the citizen, secured the scene of the incident and called an investigative team to further clarify all the circumstances, the report says.
