In Europe, they prefer the establishment of peace in Ukraine than the restoration of justice. This is confirmed by the results of a recent study by the European Council on Foreign Relations.
Thus, 35% of Europeans want “peace in Ukraine as soon as possible,” and 22% want “justice at any cost,” that is, war to a successful end.
Europeans were also divided over the question of who was to blame for the continuation of the war in Ukraine.
So, in Finland, Sweden, Britain, Poland, Spain, Portugal, most blame Russia for the war.
While in Romania, France and Germany, approximately 20% of respondents tend to blame Ukraine for the conflict.
