The head of state noted that today is the longest night of the year. He called on Ukrainians to pray for the country and victory in the war with Russia. He expressed confidence that Russia is losing the war. The corresponding video appeared on December 6 on the president’s YouTube channel.
Christmas Eve is the time of the longest nights of the year. But the day is already beginning to increase, the light is beginning to win. The light is getting stronger. And step by step, day by day, the darkness loses. And in the end the darkness loses. Evil loses. Today this is our common goal, our common dream. And this is precisely what our common prayer is for today. For our freedom. For our victory. For our Ukraine. Christ is born! We praise him! – said the president.
Let us remind you that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny congratulated the military personnel on Reeves Hristov. Videos of congratulations to the Ukrainians were also published by soldiers of the 406th separate artillery brigade and the 10th separate mountain assault brigade “Edelweiss”.
