The entire region was under massive attack. Air defense forces destroyed hostile targets over the Kropyvnytskyi and Alexandria regions. The head of the Kirovograd regional military administration, Andrey Raikovich, reported this on Telegram.
Debris from downed missiles fell across the region. The roofs of houses, fences and cars were damaged. So far there has been no information about casualties.
Monitoring Telegram channels reported that this morning explosions were heard in Kropyvnytskyi during an air raid raid. Launches of ballistic missiles from the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson were reported.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about the missile danger.
Air defense forces also worked in the Krivoy Rog region of the Dnepropetrovsk region. The head of the regional military administration, Sergei Lysak, announced the destruction of two drones.
Let us recall that on December 22 and 23, the Ukrainian military shot down Russian Shahed-type attack UAVs for six hours, which the enemy launched from the occupied Crimean Balaklava and Primorsko-Akhtarskaya in Russia. The enemy attack lasted from 18:00 on the evening of December 22 until midnight on December 23. The Air Force and Defense Forces destroyed nine Russian drones within the Odessa and Khmelnytsky regions.
