Turkey, Ukraine and Russia have developed an open channel of communication to resolve the “grain crisis”. This was reported on June 15 by the Cumhuriyet newspaper.
According to Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, in order to unblock grain supplies from Ukrainian ports, a “red line” has been established to ensure direct communication between the three countries.

“We have intensive negotiations with both Russia and Ukraine. Both sides have some comments. We are working to eliminate them,” Akar stressed.
