Turkey announced the creation of a communication channel with the Russian Federation and Ukraine on the issue of grain

A representative with the rank of general is appointed from the Ministry of Defense of each country, who will work on solving the “grain problem”.

Turkey, Ukraine and Russia have developed an open channel of communication to resolve the “grain crisis”. This was reported on June 15 by the Cumhuriyet newspaper.

According to Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, in order to unblock grain supplies from Ukrainian ports, a “red line” has been established to ensure direct communication between the three countries.

A representative with the rank of general is appointed from the Ministry of Defense of each country who will work on discussing the issue and resolving it.

“We have intensive negotiations with both Russia and Ukraine. Both sides have some comments. We are working to eliminate them,” Akar stressed.

It was previously reported that Turkey is in talks with Ukraine, the UN and Russia on the creation of grain corridors in the Black Sea.
