At the beginning of January 2024, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will launch a 24-hour hotline for consultations with military personnel and members of their families. You can call him about financial support, in case of legal issues or in any conflict situation. This was reported on Friday, December 22, by the press service of the department.
“For our part, we will do everything to ensure that the issues are resolved as quickly as possible,” said Deputy Defense Minister Natalya Kalmykova.
The Ministry of Defense clarified that consultations with military personnel and members of their families on complex and painful issues, as well as the registration of appeals, are available at all times.
“We will include dozens of highly professional specialists in the process. It is very important for us to provide the highest quality service, because we are talking about solving the problems of our defenders. Therefore, our best specialists will talk to them. In particular, there will be psychologists who can provide the necessary help,” – summarized Kalmykova.
