In the Ternopil region, a man was sentenced for exposing his penis

In the Ternopil region, in the village of Zaboyki, near a rural store, a man grabbed three girls and showed them his genitals. He was sentenced by the district court of the city of Ternopil, TSN reports.

It is indicated that the incident took place in August 2023.

“Three minor girls were sitting in a gazebo near a local store. A man approached them, took off his pants and started showing his penis. After that, the man placed his penis on a table near one to minors. The girls became frightened. and ran into the store, and the suspect began swearing obscenities, harassing the children. The store clerk calmed him down,” the report said.

At trial, the suspect admitted to the crime, but refused to testify. The court found him guilty under Part 1 of Article 156 and Part 2 of Article 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to five years in prison, replacing the original term with two years of probation.

He is also included in the Unified Register of Persons convicted of crimes against the sexual freedom and sexual integrity of minors.

In the Chernivtsi region, a resident of the village was arrested for two months. Rzhavintsy Chernivtsi district, who showed his penis to his neighbor and the police.
