One of the defendants is a resident of the village of Tsirkuny, the second convict is a resident of the Kupyansky district.
Two traitors who worked for the Russian occupiers during the occupation of part of the Kharkov region were convicted. The SBU reports it.
One of the defendants (a resident of the village of Tsirkuny) will spend ten and a half years behind bars. According to the investigation, after capturing the village, he helped the invaders navigate the area and loot the houses of local residents.
It was established that the attacker, together with armed Russian soldiers, entered the houses of Ukrainians, and then “confiscated” them with food supplies, cars and generators. In such “raids”, the Russians even took away food from children and the elderly, and in case of refusal or resistance, they threatened to be locked in torture chambers and killed. For cooperating with the occupiers, the defendant received from them the “privilege” of free movement around the village, the SBU said in a statement.
The attacker was detained during stabilization measures in the liberated territory of the region in May 2022. The court found him guilty of aiding the aggressor state.
The second convict was a resident of the Kupyansky district, who “leaked” intelligence information to the FSB about the deployment and movement of the Defense Forces on the territory of the community, the location of warehouses with weapons and ammunition of Armed Forces of Ukraine. .
According to the investigation, the Russian intelligence service remotely recruited the woman to cooperate after the start of the war. SBU officers detained him in his own house after the area was liberated.
The court found the defendant guilty of disseminating information about the movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Let’s recall that law enforcement officers neutralized the FSB agent network that was correcting Russian air strikes on military and civilian infrastructure of Zaporozhye.
It was also reported that an accusation against a Kherson railway worker who contributed to the transfer of property of a Ukrainian state enterprise to the occupiers was submitted to the court.
