Residents of the village of Krasnopolye and the village of Esman, wounded by Russian shelling, were hospitalized.
On Tuesday, December 19, Russian troops carried out eleven attacks on the border of the Sumy region. Two local residents were injured, Sumy OVA reports.
“At 20.25 there was shelling in the village of Krasnopolye (5 explosions). As a result of the shelling, a civilian was injured, who was taken to a medical facility,” the message said.
Also, due to today’s attacks, another resident of the Sumy region in the village of Esman was injured. He was hospitalized.
According to OVA information, the Russians attacked the Esman community with artillery (26 explosions), MLRS (15 explosions) and mortars (4 explosions).
In total, at 21:00, 100 explosions were recorded in the region. According to the regional authorities, in addition to Esmanskaya OTG, the invaders opened fire on the settlements of Krasnopolskaya, Belopolskaya, Novoslobodskaya and Seredino-Budskaya.
That night, drones attacked Kherson, two people were injured – a child and a woman.
