Fierce fighting continues in Ukraine, with the Russian army making small advances in some places, ISW reports. Here are his main conclusions about the situation on the fronts based on geolocation data.
Russian troops carried out offensive operations in the Bakhmut area and achieved confirmed successes – they advanced northwest of Khromovye (west of Bakhmut) and in Kurdyumovka (13 km southwest of Bakhmut).
Russian troops continued offensive operations near Avdeevka and achieved minor successes in the Stepnoye area (3 km north of Avdeevka). At the same time, ISW did not find visual confirmation of the statements of Russian military bloggers that the Russian army entered the vicinity of Avdeevka.

Ukrainian troops continue to hold and strengthen positions on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region, and in Russia there is a lack of equipment and manpower there.
According to the “military”, the Russian military is complaining about the lack of transport to evacuate the wounded. Also, in the Russian Armed Forces in the area of the village of Krynki, there are problems with the availability of electronic warfare systems (EW) to protect evacuation groups from Ukrainian drones, and there is also a lack of anti-battery warfare and communications capabilities.
