Russian aggressors attacked four communities in the Sumy region on Friday. This was reported by the press service of the local OVA.
“During the day, the Russians carried out 11 attacks on border territories and settlements in the Sumy region. 41 explosions were recorded. The communities of Belopol, Krasnopol, Novoslobodsk, and Znob-Novgorod suffered of shelling,” the report said.
The enemy hit the community of Belopol with mortars (13 explosions) and artillery (7 explosions). There was also a rocket attack by unguided aircraft missiles (UAR) from helicopters (10 explosions).
The enemy carried out an artillery attack on Novoslobodskaya (5 explosions).
In Krasnopolskaya, 3 explosive devices (FOG) were dropped from a UAV (3 explosions).
The Russians dropped three mines in the Znob-Novgorod territory.
A day before it was reported that in the Sumy region the border guards entered into a fight with the enemy DRG. The saboteurs were forced to retreat back into Russian territory.
