There is no official message from the authorities or strikers from Slovakia yet.
Slovak carriers have unblocked the movement of trucks entering their country in front of the Wisne-Niemecke checkpoint. The State Border Service of Ukraine reported this on Friday, December 15.
“Since the end of the blockade at 09:00 on December 15, almost 60 trucks have been registered in the direction of departure of Ukraine through the Uzhgorod checkpoint. Another 1,065 trucks are in the electronic queue to leave Ukraine,” said message.
In this regard, the spokesperson of Transcarpathian customs, Victoria Sengetovskaya, in a comment to Ukrinform, said that the Slovak side allows about 100 trucks per day.
“Yesterday, the Slovak side started accepting trucks from Ukraine to enter their country. On average, 100 trucks travel in this direction every day. On the morning of December 15, 116 trucks were allowed through Uzhgorod-Vishne-Nemetske checkpoint, ” he said.
At the same time, Sengetovskaya said that no official message from the authorities or strikers from Slovakia has been received by Transcarpathian customs.
A day before it became known that Slovakia partially unblocked the border with Ukraine. 28 trucks are registered.
