The prosecutor’s office of the Kherson region submitted to the court an indictment against a Kherson railway worker who contributed to the transfer of property of a Ukrainian state enterprise to the occupiers. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor’s office.
The investigation established that since June 2022, the accused held the position of the so-called “first deputy director” in the State Unitary Enterprise “Kherson Railway”, which was illegally created by the occupiers. In a pseudo-position, he provided general management of the business. He was involved in the restoration of communications on the Crimean Peninsula. His duties also included “selection of personnel and control of railway work seized by the occupiers. The man was also involved in the inventory of property belonging to the regional branch of the Odessa Railway and then transferred for the needs of the enemy,” the report said.
