In the east, one thermal power plant was once again shelled and damaged; due to shelling and bad weather, two thermal power plants in the southern and western regions stopped producing. Also, three power units at thermal power plants in different regions went into emergency repairs, Ukrenergo reported.
In addition, solar power plants produce almost no electricity due to cloudy weather.
At the same time, consumption limits or shutdown schedules have not yet been introduced.
Ukrenergo is forced to resort to importing electricity. It operates during daylight hours from Slovakia, Romania and Moldova. The total volume is 3429 MWh, with a maximum power in individual hours of up to 621 MW. From December 1, the technical possibility of importing electricity from Europe to Ukraine and Moldova is 1,700 MW.
