A significant portion of the bill focuses on creating a control system at all stages of cannabis circulation. The National Police will coordinate the issuance of licenses for the cultivation of hemp, the regime for protecting the site, and the transportation of a shipment of goods. A registry of cannabis -based drugs is created, and a unique barcode is applied to each unit of product. The release of such a drug will be carried out exclusively by E-prescription, Radutsky wrote.

The head of the committee recalled that, according to the WHO, the active ingredients contained in cannabis are an effective treatment for epilepsy, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease and about 50 other pathological conditions and diseases, can prevent suffering. of the patient and improve treatment, in particular post-traumatic stress disorder, which appeared among Ukrainians during the war.

According to the MP, during the meeting of the Committee, the attention of representatives of the Ministry of Health was drawn to the need to clearly define certain parameters of cannabis -based drugs contained in the text of the law, or establish requirements on the basis of which it will be done based on by-laws. The committee recommends that the Verkhovna Rada consider the bill and adopt it on first reading.

Earlier it was reported that a draft law on the legalization of medical cannabis is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health explained that the legalization of cannabis is important for patients with serious illnesses.

On one occasion, the Lingkod ng Bayan spoke about two ways to legalize cannabis. The first involves a permit for the cultivation and manufacture of medical devices, and the second is a permit for the importation of cannabis.

It was also reported that an EU court recognized cannabidiol as a non-narcotic drug. CBD does not threaten human health, the court found. The substance is found in cannabis flowers.
