Alexander Tarnavsky noted that the enemy in the Marinka area was gathering forces for further offensive operations.

Brigadier General, commander of the operational-strategic group of troops of Tavria Alexander Tarnavsky on his Telegram channel on Wednesday, December 13, spoke about the situation in the direction of Maryinsky.

According to him, the enemy is now detained in the Novomikhailovka and Krasnogorovka areas. In particular, 11 attacks were rejected.

“In the area of Marinka, the enemy is gathering forces for further offensive operations. They continue to spread information and provocations about the supposed complete capture of this city. The defense of Marinka is continuing,” the message said.

Earlier, analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said that the Russian Ministry of Defense was lying about the “active defense” of the occupiers in the Avdeevka area of the Donetsk region to hide the lack of progress of its troops.
