The Polish Sejm on the evening of Tuesday, December 12, announced a vote of confidence in the government of the new Prime Minister Donald Tusk. The swearing in of the government is scheduled for Wednesday morning, December 13, RMF24 reports.
It was mentioned that 248 deputies voted, 201 opposed. No one abstained from voting.
The government decided to be sworn in on Wednesday, December 13 at 9 am to allow it to function as quickly and as possible.
At the same time, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said he wanted to arrive in time for the meeting on the Balkans scheduled for tomorrow, as well as the next meeting of the European Council.
In total, Donald Tusk’s government will have nineteen ministers and four ministers without portfolio.
