Vodafone said that it now has a large number of requests from Kyivstar subscribers regarding the national roaming service. However, the My Vodafone app is currently not working. Vodafone Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
Lifecell noted that there are currently technical difficulties in the operation of the “My Lifecell” application and personal account. This problem is already being investigated. The time frame for resolving the issue will be known once the causes of the difficulty have been established. Meanwhile, national roaming from the Lifecell operator is working.

Mobile communications and Internet access services are temporarily unavailable. The company assures that the personal data of subscribers is not compromised.
