The restrictions include the Iranian company Shakad Sanat Asmari and three other companies involved in the production of parts for Iranian drones, as well as their managers and key employees.
On Monday, December 11, the Council of the European Union announced sanctions against six individuals and five entities in Iran for its military support of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Council of the European Union.
The restrictions include the Iranian company Shakad Sanat Asmari and three other companies involved in the production of parts for Iranian drones, as well as their managers and key employees.
The sanctions also target companies that help Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps improve its drone program.
The restrictions, in particular, involve the freezing of assets and a ban on entry into the European Union for individuals, as well as a ban on working with them within the EU.
It was previously reported that the United States has blocked schemes that work for Iran’s military needs. The Iranian regime uses a complex network of foreign companies and brokers for illegal business activities.
