The operator’s subscribers reported problems with communication. Users from different parts of Ukraine reported the failure. They write about this under the Kyivstar post on the social network Facebook.
The mobile operator’s website was temporarily unavailable in the morning at the time of publication of the news.
Then Kyivstar officially confirmed a technical failure. On Facebook, the company noted that as a result of the accident, communication services and Internet access to part of the subscriber base may be unavailable. The operator also assured that the company’s specialists are working to resolve the issue.
While technical difficulties are being resolved, company representative Irina Lelichenko advised subscribers to use the National Roaming service.
Let us recall that in the summer the Ukrainian government announced that mobile operators in Ukraine would reserve the numbers of dead or missing defenders for two years.
