Columns of broken enemy equipment, complete ruins and incessant sounds of explosions. This is how Avdeevka looks today, where heavy fighting continues.

New photos from Avdeevka were published on Instagram by Konstantin and Vlada Liberov.
They described what they saw and filmed in and around the city:
Almost every day our defenders repulse enemy assaults. The tactic of taking the city in large columns failed, so the enemy is trying to attack in small groups. We saw a similar picture in Bakhmut: the city is stupidly bombarded with “meat.”
The only road to the city is approximately 1.5 km from the enemy, so, despite the snow and ice, we rush through at high speed. FPV drones do not care about weather conditions; they fly during the day, at night, and in snowy weather.
The snow has finally turned Avdeevka black and white, and the number of black houses burned to the ground is growing every day. We urgently go down to the basement twice: they report a missile threat and an enemy aviation event. A few minutes later we hear powerful explosions from afar; today they are not hitting our sector, but in the area where we are hiding, there is also not a single surviving building.
The fields around the city are a continuous sieve. The density of artillery shelling against infantry is hard and scary to imagine. The enemy’s losses in this direction are colossal, but the problem is that they do not count people. No matter how many people die, it won’t be too much for them; they will continue to grind their personnel against the city’s defenses, hoping that the latter will eventually falter at some point.
