The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Thursday, December 7, announced the growing interest of Ukrainians in military vacancies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The department explained this to the successful collaboration with private recruiting agencies.
In particular, the Ministry of Defense indicated that in November a cooperation agreement was signed with one of the private recruiting companies, after which more than 320 vacancies from various departments were posted in its site. According to the company, 6.5 thousand people have already responded to them.
The MOU believes that they have chosen the right approach, because under this method, military commanders have the opportunity to post specific vacancies in their own units and choose candidates, and citizens are have the opportunity to choose the desired position and unit in the army to serve. in accordance with their specialty and level of trust in the unit.
“Thus, potential servicemen have the opportunity to have more control over their future in the army,” the department believes.
Meanwhile, employees of the territorial recruitment and social support center conducted a raid at the Kosino health and recreation complex in the Transcarpathian region.
