During the ground operation in the Gaza Strip, 80 Israeli army personnel have been killed.
Two more soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces were killed as a result of the fighting in the Gaza Strip. Thus, the number of military personnel killed in the ground operation rose to 80. This was reported by the IDF press service.
It was noted that the deceased had the rank of junior officers: one of them served in the IDF with the rank of captain, the other was a retired major. Both were killed in fighting in Gaza on Monday, December 4. Total losses in the ranks of the IDF now stand at 406 people.
We remind you that on December 1, the Israel Defense Forces continued fighting in the Gaza Strip, accusing the Palestinian radical group Hamas of disrupting the truce. On December 3, Israel said it was expanding ground operations throughout the Gaza Strip.
