Bad weather broke out in Poland, causing transport delays in several voivodeships, including trains to Ukraine. A disruption in the movement of some trains in Ukrzaliznytsia on Saturday, December 2, was reported on the company’s Telegram channel.
“Due to widespread delays caused by bad weather in several Polish voivodeships, our trains No. 36 Przemysl – Odessa and No. 54 Przemysl – Kyiv will wait additional time in Przemysl,” the message said.
It was noted that all passengers who, even taking into account the additional time for transfers, will not be able to board their Ukrainian train, will be able to board the morning flight with the same tickets.
Also, Ukrzaliznytsia reported that train No. 119/120 Chelm – Kyiv is now going to Kyiv with a delay of +1.37.
“Since his arrival is expected on the eve of curfew, our station managers and buses provided by the city for the transportation of passengers, accompanied by patrol cars, are ready to welcome him,” the message said. .
The company added that out of 84 Ukrzaliznytsia trains, only three were moving with a delay of more than 1 hour.
Let us remind you that Ukrzaliznytsia plans to launch a new international train No. 119 in the direction Dnepr – Chelm. It will begin running on December 9.
Earlier, Ukrzaliznytsia presented a new train schedule for 2024. 14 new flights will be assigned: 11 domestic and three international Dnepr – Chelm, Chop – Vienna and Chop – Prague.
