The media established that the police had received a complaint about the beating, but law enforcement officers had not yet been “permitted.”
The lawyers for the People’s Deputy Alexander Dubinsky, because of his Telegram channel, said that their client was “beaten in the Kiev pre-trial detention center.”
According to the publication of RBC-Ukraine, the police received a corresponding statement – law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, but they have not been “allowed.”
The report says that unknown persons allegedly assaulted Dubinsky at the pre-trial detention center where he is being held, and also allegedly called an ambulance. Doctors noticed multiple hematomas and suspected rib fractures.
The lawyers said they were waiting with the parliamentarian for the arrival of the police to make a report on the beating.
Dubinsky’s lawyers are requesting a decision to transfer the MP to the SBU pre-trial detention center.
As you know, on November 13, Dubinsky was suspected of treason. According to the investigation, he has the call sign “Buratino” and is part of a criminal organization formed by the GUR of the Russian Federation. Members of the group must undermine the socio-political situation in Ukraine and discredit our state in the international arena.
The next day, the court arrested Dubinsky for two months.
