The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (APP) sent to court an indictment against the former chairman of the board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Andrey Kobolev.

We are talking about the process of calculating bonuses in the amount of UAH 229 million.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau sent its indictment against Kobolev based on the pre-trial investigation materials on November 29.
On November 30, HACS extended the duration of the duties assigned to the accused in connection with the application of bail. Yes, Kobolev is obliged:
- do not go abroad;
- arrive at every request to the detective, prosecutor, investigator, judge and court;
- report a change of residence;
- refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court ruling;
- give all your passports for travel abroad to the State Migration Service for storage.
Kobolev is suspected of receiving a bonus in a much larger amount than the law allowed. For 2017-2021, he paid himself UAH 616 million in bonuses with a salary of UAH 1 million per month. In 2017 – 12 million; in 2018 – 266 million; in 2021 – 338 million.
In early October, the former head of Naftogaz, Andrei Kobolev, became an adviser to the President of Moldova. He himself announced this during a meeting of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court to extend his preventive measure.
