Odarchenko was suspected of trying to bribe Mustafa Nayyem with bitcoins in exchange for assistance in receiving money from the Fund for Eliminating the Consequences of Armed Aggression for the renovation of buildings at the State Biotechnological University, where the deputy continues to hold the position of rector (the contract is suspended).
Last week, people’s deputy from the Servant of the People Odarchenko was sent into custody with bail of 15 million UAH. The funds were immediately deposited, and he was already released from the pre-trial detention center. Servant of the People stated that they expelled Odarchenko from the party.
In the conversations recorded by the investigation, Odarchenko’s words were heard that “Ukraine needs to quickly hold elections while the military is fighting in the trenches:

Mustafa: “Well, you can’t give it to the Russians.”

Odarchenko: “Why does he want the First Election now? Because they will force you to negotiate. And rightly so. Why do we need these Donetsk, Lugansk, Crimea? Fuck them. It’s clear that it’s a pity, that too, but we have to come to an agreement. If the elections are not held, then it will be reset, absolutely n****.
Mustafa: “You surprised me about the elections.”
Odarchenko: “Everything has been prepared for a long time. Here in Kharkov, back and forth, that’s all.”
Mustafa: “What should we do with the military, they also need to be brought into parliament?”
Odarchenko: “Yes, that’s right, let’s fight, b****, this is a ******* topic, in general. They are fighting, then there are elections (laughs). Beauty in general.”
In a conversation recorded this summer, Odarchenko said that elections were allegedly being prepared for November 2023.
Mustafa: “In November? What about the Constitution, laws, that’s all?

On November 24, Odarchenko was released from the pre-trial detention center after paying a bail of 15 million UAH. After leaving the pre-trial detention center, he must adhere to a number of obligations, including refraining from communicating with witnesses or other suspects, surrendering passports for traveling abroad and wearing an electronic bracelet.
