The draft law developed in the State Duma provides for the consent of a foreign citizen not to distort the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Representatives of the Russian State Duma plan to consider a draft law that provides for the signing of a “loyalty agreement” by foreigners entering the Russian Federation. This was stated by the head of the Russian parliamentary committee on CIS affairs, Leonid Kalashnikov, the Russian pro-government news agency Interfax reported on Wednesday, November 29.
According to him, the project is being carried out by the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, the administration of the Kremlin leader, the government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
He added that the document provides for “permitting a foreign citizen to enter the Russian Federation in order to comply with certain rules, in particular, not to undermine the rules at home and abroad, not to distort historical facts about the Great Patriotic War.”
Kalashnikov noted that there are proposals to include in the document the consent of a foreign citizen not to distort, while in Russia, the provisions prescribed in the Constitution of the Russian Federation: the idea of marriage, which is a union of one man. and a woman, etc.
Let’s remember that the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill (Gundyaev) of Moscow, said that if Russia’s migration policy does not change, then threats will appear for the entire “Russian world.”
In addition, it was previously reported that Russia is screening migrants who are not registered in the military. And if a newly made citizen of the Russian Federation is 30 years old, then he “has the opportunity to serve his new homeland.”
In Russia, almost half of migrants do not want to live according to the laws of the Russian Federation – media
