This was reported by the publications RBC-Ukraine and Ukrayinska Pravda.
It is noted that Labazyuka was released from the pre-trial detention center yesterday on the day the preventive measure was chosen for him.
After leaving the pre-trial detention center, Labazyuk is obliged to:
- arrive at the first call from law enforcement;
- do not leave Kyiv, Khmelnitsky region;
- hand over your passports;
- do not communicate with witnesses in the case, etc.
On November 21, NABU and SAPO reported suspicion to Labaziuk. According to the investigation, the people’s deputy wanted to bribe a high-ranking official of the Ministry of Reconstruction so that his company would receive contracts for infrastructure restoration worth a billion hryvnia. For this, the defendant promised a “reward” in the amount of 3-5% of the cost of each contract.
On November 28, the High Anti-Corruption Court chose a preventive measure for Labaziuk – detention for two months (until January 21, 2024) with the possibility of posting bail.
