“For the people’s representative of the For the Future group, Sergei Labazyuk, a bail of 40.26 million UAH was made yesterday. At the same time, he was released from custody under the obligations: come first called; not leave Kiev and the Khmelnitsky region; hand over foreign passports and do not communicate with witnesses in the case and the like,” the message said.
The day before it was reported that the High Anti-Corruption Court sent the MP from the For the Future group Sergei Labazyuk to a pre-trial detention center for two months with the possibility of posting a bail of 40 million Hryvnia .
Earlier, the deputy was exposed for bribing the Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Alexander Kubrakov, and the Chairman of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, Mustafa Nayem.
Labazyuk, in agreement with the director of the joint-stock company, offered the top officials a bribe for the allocation of 1 billion Hryvnia in additional financing for the work carried out by the company under their control. The proposed bribe amount should be between 3% and 5% of the financing amount.
