The Russian military uses the Black Sea as a springboard to launch missiles toward Ukraine.
Despite a heavy storm raging in the Black Sea, the Russians put the frigate Admiral Makarov, carrying Caliber missiles, on combat duty. The Defense Forces of southern Ukraine reported this on Monday, November 27.
They noted that it can carry up to eight Caliber missiles, which means “the level of missile danger is increased.”
“Be attentive to air alarm signals. Immediately move to shelter in case of an alarm signal,” the Defense Forces urged.
Let’s remember that Crimea, temporarily occupied by the Russians, was covered by strong bad weather on November 26th. The media said the storm in the Black Sea was the strongest in the past 100 years.
Three NATO member countries – Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria – plan to work together to remove mines from the Black Sea from drifting mines resulting from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Let’s remember that the previous President Vladimir Zelensky said that Russia will not win the battle for the Black Sea. According to the head of state, Russia can no longer use the Black Sea as a springboard to destabilize other regions of the world.
