A fake video is spreading across the network in which Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky allegedly “announces the lifting of martial law in 10 regions of Ukraine.”

Such a video, which is allegedly a fragment of the plot of the ICTV channel, is being distributed on the TikTok social network, reports the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security.
It is noted that the account that posted this video contains the ICTV logo on its avatar to make it look more believable. However, this is not actually a channel page, and the video itself is fake.
To create a fake, scammers used Zelensky’s video message from November 23, in which he talks about new sanctions decisions. And not a word about the lifting of martial law; the attackers superimposed this “statement” on top of the original video,” the message says.
Also at the end of the video, an ICTV presenter is shown allegedly urging people to follow the link to find out in which areas martial law is being lifted.
This text was also voiced over the video, and the link is an advertisement for a dubious Telegram channel, the Center for Strategic Communications notes.
